Cancelled a $300 UI commission at 90 percent and refused to pay

Honored commissioned a full game UI from me for $300. After agreeing to my price, he immediately threatened to get me banned if I wasted his time, so I worked as fast as possible to get it done. When I was 90% finished with the UI, he cancelled the project and refused to pay. I asked to be compensated for the time I had already spent. He then pretended like he was going to pay, but unadded me and ghosted. He later went into a server and said he would rather take a deal with caution role than pay what he owes. Screenshot attached.
